Cancellation Policy

This page explains how to cancel your Lifeify service and what happens when you do.

Your 3-day right to cancel

Federal law gives you the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization, for any reason, within 3 business days of the date you signed it — at no charge and with no obligation.

This right cannot be waived, and nothing in your agreement with us can take it away.

What happens to your file

When your service ends, we stop submitting new disputes on your behalf. Disputes already with the bureaus will complete on their own timeline, and the bureaus will send results directly to you.

You may request a copy of your file at any time, including after cancellation. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep records.

You can always dispute on your own

Whether or not you work with us, you have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus yourself, free of charge. Our Credit Repair Disclosure explains how, and sets out your rights under federal law.
