These terms govern your use of lifeify.com. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These website terms are separate from the written service agreement you sign if you become a Lifeify client. That agreement governs the credit repair services themselves, and where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.

Who we are

Lifeify is a credit repair organization based at 7660 Monterey Street, Suite 202, Gilroy, CA 95020. In these terms, "Lifeify", "we" and "us" mean Lifeify; "you" means the person using the site.

What this website is for

This website provides information about our services, educational material about credit, and tools including loan calculators. It lets you request a free consultation.

Using the site does not create a client relationship. That begins only when you and Lifeify sign a written service agreement.

The information here is general, not advice

Everything on this website is general information. It is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice or credit counseling, and it is not tailored to your situation. Credit reporting law is detailed and outcomes depend on individual facts. Please don't rely on this site alone to make a decision about your credit, a loan or a debt.

Our calculators are estimates

The car loan and mortgage calculators on this site produce estimates based only on the numbers you enter. They do not account for lender fees, taxes where not entered, insurance, HOA dues, mortgage insurance or your actual credit profile. They are not loan offers, pre-qualifications or predictions of what any lender will give you. Actual terms come from lenders.

Results vary

Any figures, examples, testimonials or illustrations on this website are examples. They are not a promise or a prediction of your results. Credit repair outcomes depend on the accuracy and verifiability of the items on your report, how furnishers respond, and your own credit activity. Individual results vary.

When you use this website or contact us, you agree to:

When you submit the consultation form and check the consent box, you agree that Lifeify may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by phone call and text message, about your inquiry and our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us.

Our content

The text, design, graphics and code on this website belong to Lifeify or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read and print pages for your own personal use. You may not republish, sell or reuse our content commercially without written permission.

Links to other websites

This site links to third-party websites, including credit bureaus and government agencies. We provide these for convenience. We don't control those sites, we're not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Availability
